  • Personalized nutrition and supplements upon goals

  • Meal/food recommendations based upon food preferences

  • Structured weekly check-ins between appointments

  • Bi-weekly face to face Zoom appointments - 45 minutes

  • Unlimited communication between appointments via messaging

1-1 Coaching is for you if:

  • Are looking for guidance 

  • Are opened to be coached and willing to get uncomfortable

  • Have been working hard but haven’t seen results either losing weight/fat or improving your PCOS symptoms

  • Have PCOS and are looking to decrease your symptoms and Thrive!

  • Aren’t willing to be coachable

  • Want results Fast

  • Aren’t willing to communicate with your coach, show up for zoom calls, and provide feedback
